I have animated for one year at least and I still suck toes at animating toes I’m not sure why I have personally have never been good at animating kicks and Everything I feel as my inability of animating toes is really holding back my potential as a animator if you have any tips for noobs who cannot animate toes can you please help me if possible.

You mean feet?
Toes are the little flesh marshmallows on the feet.
Well when kicking you kick with your shins, bottom of your feet and ball of your foot (the back part at the very bottom that sticks out and helps you stand). Kicking with toes would break them and do basically no damage.
