Wyverns could Fly at speeds of up to 35-40 mph. They used to steal livestock from early medieval farmers by using their giant grasping talons, or snapping up sheep or cattle in their jaws, whick could deliver a force of about 2’000 pounds! But a Wyverns bite force pails in comparison to a T-rex, which could bite with a force of 12,000 pounds! That’s enough force to pulverize bone and crush a car!

Dragon meat was indeed a delicacy. Only the richest of the rich got to even so much as look at dragon meat. Same to be said about their eggs.
Where there any other creatures that wyverns had to worry about?
Besides another Wyvern, not many. Neither man nor beast took on a Dragon and lived to tell the tale. And those that did, suffered major injury.
