if you wanna make things look most realistic, focus on some basic animation principles (easing, anticipation, weight shifting, momentum, etc)in this case, at the start, the guy just lifts off the ground
he should instead bend his knees (keep feet on the ground, not sliding)

Another thing about YouTube is to put a more serious profile picture and less random jokes, Try to learn how to animate before starting a channel,Because when someone comes to watch the video and sees that the animation is slow and not very good, they won’t stay to watch the rest of the videos.
