but people are being dug into, essentially doxxed, and having themselves reported by the free speech crowd to get them fired all because they didnt like what they had to say, something that really isnt even inherently harmful either, jokes do not hurt a dead man, and even if you wanna say they upset the family (which personally i dont give a shit about, but ill play devils advocate) thats hardly matters as that isnt to the wide scale of the genuine horrible shit kirk advocated for and even played a part in. lets not act like he was innocent, he didnt deserve respect post mortem. these are jokes, not a threat of violence, or any real harm to anyone who would actually be affected by it (kirks family is white, rich, and now a family of a “martyr” lets not delude ourselves by thinking this will affect them in any way but mentally, which even then they can get better care for than almost anyone else). are now having their lives ruined because some dumbasses on twitter didnt like people making fun of their now dead special white boy.

People are still making fun of George Floyd up until this day, and absolutely nobody is batting an eye at that, Melissa Hortman (a Democratic Senator) got killed a few months back, the memes came in less than a day and nobody gave a shit.
Why are both of these cases okay, but Charlie Kirk is not?
