He should probably illegally break a hole in the walls and use galvanised square steel to illegally extend it out, then borrow some screws from his aunt to keep it in place and then use eco friendly wood veneers for the floor, walls and roof.

Basically Larger Bruisers but it’s a Variant or a Way to mutant as a Bruiser, that being said.. there aren’t much ways to turn into this Guy except, how about a Bruiser infecting you? There’s a Small and Rare Chance that the Bruiser will do it, but it’s quite Rare and Small to be seen.. only 1 Reported Case of this happened in: “ [ REDACTED ] ” so yeah. That’s basically it.
