What are the differences between a group admin, mod and member?

Admin has control over the group, mod I think has a few things like locking posts so people can’t comment and members are just regular users who have no power over posts beyond their own.

Creepers
Creepers are Deer which mutated into wendigo like creatures. Their skull becomes a ton more visible and their fur becomes spiky and prickly. Their jaw is now unhinged and can fit up to 4 human heads at the same time. They grow a lot larger and taller and grow huge claws and toes. They sneak up on prey and prefer to attack larger groups of up to 35 people. They are extremely aggressive not only towards humans but sometimes to other Creepers and flesh creatures. They also get white glowing eyes.
