We used to have plenty DMVs around where I live, but most were shutdown a long time ago. There’s about 5 ‘near’ me, only 2 that actually only takes an hour or so to get there, and one of them is always packed.

While I was out of town so my 2 brothers could visit the DMV (My brother’s a licensed driver now soo….yay) and the DMV is like a 1-2 hour trip from where I live, so I remade Fiona a bit.
I took alot of inspiration from KOF’s Yuri for her design.

I assume you mean GIFs because they look find in videos?
GIFs by their nature are limited to 256 colors per frame
a gradient is a transition from one color to another, and going pixel by pixel, that’s a lot of colors
so that’s why you get weird banding
