A moment ago I brought up the idea of androids, so let me fully elaborate.

Androids were created in the year 2154, 46 years before human extinction.

What consisted of the allies during the Great Global War started development on androids.
Now, robots were already built and deployed on the battlefields on both sides, but Androids weren’t made for a combat purpose.

NASA (Or whatever the major space program this universe has) scrounged up the few remaining resources to send 500 androids into space to colonize a planet.

Androids were sent instead of humans because of their immortality. Of course, some older androids do show their wear, but they were able to last centuries in space, enough to find a planet and colonize it.

Because of the android’s lack of needs, they were able to colonize an uninhabited planet with no atmosphere, and called it Utopia

Every decade, they create a new model to representtheir leader, each more durable than the last.

Of course these androids had to develop guns and such to make sure they couldn’t be easily raided, but Androids are more diplomatic than most other races, not only because of their lack of needs (and therefore ample complacency) but because they witnessed an entire race of highly intelligent life go to waste, and they’ll try their best to preserve atleast theirs.

Their planet was a very clean mock up of planet earth, the only type of civilization they knew when it was first made.

Androids scavenged meteoroids, and asteroids for resources, but of course this wasn’t enough to last as long as the androids would live,
So the Androids traded a lot.

The androids, being a diplomatic race, has formed alliances with other empires, to secure there safety, as they have a comparedly small army.

Androids, with the right materials, are easily manufactured, and are sometimes even seen amongst the ranks of allied forces.

Androids have a distinct culture, as they try to mimic earth, but lack the emotions most humans do. There aren’t many civilian attractions, as Androids don’t have taste, they don’t have fun, and solely exist to keep the Earthly legacy alive.
