You get there by either winning an official Collab (though not all collabs have being on the Splashscreen as a prize)
Or by winning the Splashscreen contest itself

i mean, u can go their sticknodes account and see if they uploaded their oc so that u can download it

u can tap on the picture that shows up and it’ll probably bring u to their yt channel, chances are that their yt channel name is the same name of their sticknodes account
It only lets me tap on the one that appears on the foreground, not the background
oh, well in that case no u cannot
Oh well, Anyway. I’m working on a pilot episode for something I’m making so lol
The splash screens are a still image. So the best bet you can do is hope they uploaded it to /stickfigures/
Which most didn’t, or we’re specifically modified to fit better for splash screen
