Ok what you do is you click on the thing you want to download, when the small window that says download pops up press it. Then go to files, and in downloads there will be the file. If it’s a pack you can click on the pack, then all the figs in the pack will appear. Just click on one of the figures files and it will automatically open stick nodes with the fig beings the first thing you see

To be fair, and this isn’t me being rude, the fig having a lot of downloads is the only thing it had going for it, it didn’t get UC, and didn’t have a gold rating
