Depends on the characteristics you are aiming for.
For me I feel as if the top lip is a bit close to the nose. And the nose is a little squashed. The eyes I feel like it’s in the right position.

Make the features slightly bigger for facial accuracy, spread the face apart more slightly, I like to make a rough outline and work around that.
Maybe make the jaw pushed in more, it looks quite pushed out for a woman.
