Every site gains a certain worth. Big sites get approached by companies to display their ads on the website. System goes through tech companies and whatnot.

Sites that don’t get approached by companies will get random ads assigned by google. Everyone can make an ad so the chances of the ad being a complete mess is pretty high.

Traffic & content on the site also depicts whether google gives you absolute shit ads or not
