if you’re trying to create an epitpah-like stickfigure, or something similar (aka lots of detail and more realistic than stickfigure-esque) then you need to plan first
find an image of a character you want to emulate, or even draw one yourself
THEN use that as a background image when actually creating/building your stickfigure
of course you can do it on the fly, but if you’re new or need to get your ideas/thoughts together, this is the best way
