the ironic thing about run cycles is that for most other tests that people animate with programs like Stick Nodes – everyone always be talking about making it smooth

run cycles are different, you almost have to skip frames to accurately portray the speed necessary to make the movement look real

here, for example, looks like a very light jog – not a run, needs less frames

for runs, depending on the style, you almost don’t have a “middle” frame, its almost completely just the two extremes (left/right leg extended forward while the other is to the back)
