Two words: Food Poisoning.
It\’s the kinda thing nobody ever cares to check (for obvious reasons) and one they dont expect you to go to the doctor for.
Just walk into your job and say something along the lines of:
\”Yeah i had some horrible food last night, my stomach feels like a volcano\”
If they dont inmediatly send you home, make sure you go the bathroom VERY frequently, every 5 or 6 minutes, if you do this enough times, the managers will soon realize you\’re about as useful as a sitting duck, and may or may not send you home. If not, then atleast you\’ll have a full days pay for sitting on the toilet for 5 hours. -
