Also i made an odachi before you actually suggested it,cuz like u said katanas are done for, but the only reason why i had a katana there was because i forgot to change it

Hiashi “Shadey” Takahashi

Powers: Pyrokinesis(manipulation of fire) and Infernokinesis(manipulation of hell fire)
– Has a technique mode named infano basuto which makes him faster and stronger.
– He was made a part demon by touching a demonic flame gem which is also how he got his fire power
– If consumed with anger and grief he can finally tap into his demon form for the first time and the able to use Infernokinesis
– He’s great in kasaijustu or just any martial arts
-He can create explosions with his hands which would be great in combat
-In his demon form he uses this big move call Blue Blaze. Its burns the enemy greatly but slowly and can only be put out by the user. The fire from that can last for 7 days.
-Has a katana and throwing hat blade
– Being part demon gives him abilities such as being very agile and persistent, extraordinary strength and the ability to jump very high.

Limitations: When in demon form, Shadey is hard to control and it can lead to lots of destruction and can cause shadey to be fully possessed in demon form. Especially with his hell fire manipulation. These flames cant be put out by water ice or strongest of wind and is hard to control as well. It can be put out by holy water or just by shadey himself.
-As for normal fire manipulation, its basic weaknesses are with ice, water, cold temperature.
*(Shadey\’s parents were great journalist and explorers who have done some of the greatest reasearch ever. Sadly his parents were killed in a car accident)*One day as Shadey was upon the forest, he stumbled donw a steep hill, barreling himself into a ditch. In confusion of what had happen, he tried to figure out how he would come out of the ditch. Even if it was a ditch, it was pretty spacious, with a leveled floor with, and the sun shine through the large opening he created, which helped him to see more clearly.. He then realized he was within ruins of some sort of underground chamber. As he walked around to hopefully find some sort door, he saw a bright ray of red shining through a wall of dirt. It seemed to be a gem that was nearly submerged with in the wall. With his bare hands, he scratched and scratched through the wall, and finally , the scarlet red gem was revealed. Shadey grabbed the gem and marveled upon it. But even so if the gem was a piece of beauty, there was something strange about it. Within the gem, were great flames that were roaring, and on the outside of the gem, there was a writing engraved in it, but it was of an ancient language. Shadey recognized this ancient language that his parents taught him as childbut he couldnt understand the words to it. So in no hesitation, he place the gem in his bag, found a door that led to the outside and quickly ran home.
