The transformation to this thing is quite painful, you won’t be able to breath nor see. Due to the not being able to breath problem changes the color of your skin from normal-blue-violet. After you collapse after running out of oxygen your head blows up making your brain get exposed which in turn black tentacles come out and grab the prey. Then the buffing begins and the bones come out but in the color black. This thing can’t walk very fast due to the arms being heavy. It can survive getting crushed by a tank or a plane crash just like Twisty but he doesn’t regrow limbs. He is very active in killing. He is mostly seen on urban cities and rarely on forests. It uses rubble to stun it’s prey other than the brain tentacles. The brain tentacles are also lethal in killing the prey.

A person injected this poor guy to elongate his tongue and arms and to widen his mouth.
He can survive multiple injuries including tanks crushing it or a plane crash, he was said to regrow limbs.
He’s mostly innactive.
