ah Aight, well what I do is study character colors, hair and you know that stuff, remember that the face needs to look like an anime one you know, a normal stickfigure has a circle face but anime characters have a specific type of shape which looks more realistic, eyes need to be big af or well depends on the character you’re doing, remember to add bright to some parts and check if the stick looks like the anime one, that’s all I can say good luck
