I’m British so the most common fast food we get is Fish and Chip shops, Chicken shops and of course a few pizza and Chinese places littered around too.
Some places have Subway, even Taco Bell maybe but I’ve never had Taco Bell or other iconic American fast food.
London is Chicken shop central I would say, lots of variety and smaller business owners selling some pretty quality fried chicken, chicken burgers etc.

the 5 minute delivery is nice
It once took 20 minutes for them to prepare the sandwich then 20 more minutes to deliver it.
