If you’re an actual car enthusiast, the term “RICE” has two meanings:
1) Race-Inspired Cosmetics Enhancements
2) Radically Immature Car Enthusiast.
Most RICErs (immature car guys) used low-price cosmetic parts (which were race inspired. e.g. spoilers, bumpers etc). RICErs are most likely poor, and have a bad taste on making their cars beautiful. Tuners, well, they are opposite. They have a good taste on car cosmetics, and used fiberglass parts on their cars. Tuners are rich guys, and spends their money on engine parts more than cosmetics…RICErs spend almost nothing on the engine….that’s a lil ted talk, sorry.
