It is a Stackmat timer. A stackmat timer is a device in which when you place your hands on and wait a few seconds, then remove your hands, a timer starts, but when you put your hands back on, the timer stops. It is typically used for cupstacking and rubik’s cube competitions, but you can buy one for your self too. Check my last update for another picture
