Hey guys!
I am currently working on an animation(the same animation I’ve been working on for 2 weeks😭), and I discovered a scene that really displays the importance of smear frames.
Smear frames allow for exaggerated speed and make things look faster. It is important to use these in certain situations, and this gif displays why.ANIMATION SOON I PROMISE

A while ago I saw a Stick-nodes YouTuber by the name of D14.MP4. When watching their video, I saw how unique their character’s looked with random shapes and I thought they had a unique touch. This inspired me to revamp my character with this in mind. I used my old character as a base by tracing the stick-figure in a new stick-figure instead of using the base to make the character directly. I then centered the new character around their personality and what I thought they should look like. The outcome is completely unique, and this method actually corresponds with one of the 12 elements of animation. I think this is a very underrated way to create characters and it looks awesome.

pretty good running animation! althouhg some critiques i do have
make the torso move slightly up and down? it would givei t kind of a flow
and when the arm goes back make the forearm react more to that and go even further back, even when the shoulder/top part of the arm is still or going forwards-
