Tween if you prefer a more realistic look. Non tween if you prefer a more anime style.
Protip: use nontween first, so that when you switch to tween, it will look smooth af
I started with tween. Started with a rough look but it was my style. When you use non tween though, you often don’t see flaws in movement so it usually ends up looking worse when you go from working with non tween to tween.
