I completely agree with this, but yet I also completely agree with what Pastor Paul Washer said about us caring way too much about mental health. I think this is one of those “read the room” areas and only with God’s help will we know the right course of action.

I agree with all of this. Some of the tips on praying to God, I need to work on to expand my prayer life with God. Some experiences that they mention in this video, I’ve experienced firsthand. I remember one time I was at work with only 20 minutes left in my shift, a LARGE handful of things to put away before I could clock out, and I was tired and aggravated, and in pain and I just wanted to go home. I (half-jokingly) said out loud, “Can you help me find these before I have to clock out, Lord?” Immediately after I said that, started finding everything that I had in my hand. While I probably shouldn’t’ve prayed in jest like that, He still answered my prayer, and He showed me that He still has His hand on me, even when I don’t feel like it.
