To turn in collab parts you either need flash to animate or be super lucky that they are allowing other third party softwares like stick nodes and pivot, the quality is a must have to be in a dojo collab, specially if the host is strict in any case yeah you can tween your animation.

It’s a case of following rules and doing a good job. They allow 3rd party softwares. Just you cannot have some stuff like watermark or low resolution of animation.
