    Engines:
Crankshaft snaps on to the Engine Block
    Main Bearings 6x9mm
    4 Pistons 8x7mm each
Head Gasket snaps to Engine Block
    Cylinder Head – 10x7mm
    Rocker Shaft – 5x8mm
Camshaft – 2x5mm (Goes in a hole located on the β€œleft” side of engine.)
    Camshaft Gear – 1x10mm
Timing Chain snaps on to Camshaft Gear
    Timing Cover – 6x6mm
    Water pump – 5x7mm
    Crankshaft Pulley – 1x11mm
    Waterpump Pulley – 4x7mm
    Distributor – 1x6mm
    Alternator – 1x7mm 1x10mm, 1x10mm, 1x Screwdriver (Tighten Screw after Fan Belt)
Fan Belt snaps to Pulleys and Alternator. Doesn’t need to be removed from package.
    Engine Plate
    Starter – 2x7mm
    Carburator – 4x8mm
    Headers (Exhaust Manifold) – 5x8mm
    Flywheel – 6x7mm
Clutch Disk to Clutch Cover Plate
Clutch Pressure Plate to Clutch Disk
    Clutch Assembly – 6x6mm
    Oil Pan – 8x7mm, 1x13mm
    Gearbox – 6x7mm, 1x10mm
    Drive gear – 7x6mm
Spark Plugs 1,2,3 and 4 – Use the Spark Plug Socket located in the toolbox
    Rocker Cover – 6x7mm
    Fuel Pump – 2x7mm
    Air Filter – 2x6mm
Oil filter – Tightens by hand (scroll up, similar to the gas caps)
Attach the Engine to the engine hoist. Lower the hoist, set the engine on the ground. Try to line up the 2x10mm bolts somewhat close and tighten them. Hopefully the engine will β€œjump” into place.

    Chasis and stuffs:
    Sub-frame – 4x10mm – bottom of engine bay
Steering Rack – 4x9mm – bottom of engine bay, drivers side near back of the engine bay.
Steering Column – 2x8mm – goes from interior of vehicle to steering rack
Wishbones – 2x10mm each – near each wheel well towards bottom of engine bay
Spindles – 1x12mm each – on end of wishbones
Steering Rods – 1x12mm each – connect from wheel wells. (NOTE: install the struts before tightening bolts!)
Disc Brakes – 1x14mm each – install in wheel wells NOTE: connect Half-shafts before you tighten
Half-shafts – 3x9mm each that connect to the gearbox once installed- 1x14mm each (Bolt Shared with Disc Brake)
Struts – 4x9mm each, 3x10mm each, 1x12mm each (12mm Bolt Shared with Steering Rods.) Install vertically between each fender and the steering rod.
Trailing Arms – 2x12mm each – rear of vehicle inside wheel wells.
Coil Springs – snap into place – vertically between rear fender and trailing arm.
Shock absorbers – 1x12mm, 2x6mm each – vertically near coil springs
Drum Brakes – 1x14mm each – on end of trailing arm
Wheels – 4x13mm each – on drum brake
At this point many of the parts will be easier to find the install location if you mount the Engine.
Hubcaps – snap on to wheels – not necessary if you don’t want them.
Battery – snaps in near fender inside engine bay, front passenger side
Electrics – 2x8mm to the body – position blue wires near spark plugs and hope :(.
Fuel strainer – 1x8mm – passenger side fender inside engine bay, can be tricky…..

(too long that the other parts havem’t been here)

    Well, Finland repairs cars.
