I think the whole ‘I can’t sleep thing’ can often just be a state of mind.
I’m not saying you can’t suffer from some kind of sleep deprivation or if you’ve had a lot of sugar before sleeping, i’m just saying, don’t check any device, just think about something and you should slowly be able to sleep.
