@ralph dear developer one thing could you add the option to just export the nodes and not the background because then it is possible to easly lay them over othet videos.

There is a button that says export png, press that and you’ll get a menu appear, then go ahead and check the box that has the option for no background.

your only option is what tastylemon suggested, you can export the animation as individual PNG frames with a transparent background
videos by their nature don’t have transparency
GIFs could, however, and i will look into that in the future
