Oh, perfect! Ya see most people make their characters run very jittery to get a sence of power and speed. I can’t do this however as i make animations much smoother and flowy using tweening from start to finish.
If you want to get the best results, set the tween speed to 10 and the other one below it to 8.
Now, imagine your making a stop-start or stop-motion video instead of a stick figure animation, you should coordinate the movements as slightly as possible.-

Also, remember science and more importantly- physics. Ya know, gravity and energy exertion. When a character falls over, they don’t just stop, they bounce a bit (makes good use of the ‘body fall’ sound effect). Another thing is when someone either punches, kicks, head butts, whatever. The harder/stronger the attack, the more build up and cool down you’ll need to make it look like it took some real effort into the attack.
There’s an animation called DMLan VS Empress Roux on my Youtube channel, it’s got a few good examples like when Roux slams into a tree but jolts from the inpact.-
