In 2028 Connor J. Finer was placed in mental custody after experiencing multiple illusions, a few weeks later a bunch of red scales and blister appeared on his dominate forearm and he became agressive destroying his cell like it was plastic, the police arrived at the seen soon alerting the attention of Sword and Shield a goverment branch for global defense and offense. Sword and shield detained Connor. He was the first able to access the rift. There was a spree of this rift energy. Sword and shield detained most and tested on them turning them into machines of war, all tests failed with numerous casualties until. Alexander A. Mathews was detained.
