I know not to steal and flare is a lab experiment made to sneak into places like military bases and other key places and destroy them from within, killing anyone or anything in his way to that goal. Well that would be his job if they had got around to brainwashing him as he and several other experiments escaped, killing most of the research staff in the process. So looking mostly normal would help with getting into city\’s without rising suspicion, and well…. Once he would get near he wouldn\’t be very easy to stop
