Okay, maybe add some scraps of hair on his head and make sure the body and limbs have plenty of nodes to flesh it out. No persons limbs are perfectly flat
Well this is a basic stick so I wanted to keep its body relatively similar to them. Humans and users on the other hand will have more fleshed out body’s and perhaps scraps of hair if they originally had hair before infection.

Well, to make it more animalistic, maybe it’s nude with strange growths covering the crotch and other areas.

Also this is the first stage, the growths a barely forming. The later two stages probably will have the clothes torn off by the new growths and the body with be this gross armoured, kinda fleshy killing machines
