Doom 2016’s OST is fantastic, unfortunately it’s terribly mixed when you’re actually playing the game

Final Fantasy’s Prelude is one of my favorites too, as well as One Winged Angel

Undertale’s soundtrack is good also, but the remixes are better

Street Fighter 2’s and Street Fighter Alpha 3’s soundtrack is so darn catchy and energetic ( too bad they’re just worse in SF4 and SFV, and straight up bad in SF3, except for one song : https://youtu.be/t0ODyHKqtuM )
