Yes, I like roblos despite :
– toxic community
– literal child predators at every corner
– the company not acknowledging any of it and even has the audacity of making profits off of the 2 things mentioned above
– roblox studio being a buggy and very user-unfriendly mess, extremely unintuitive to work with
– they chose fucking LUA as the programming language… Go ask a programmer to nerd out in why LUA is the worst programming language mankind has ever conceived
– most games on the platforms are just straight up bad and not fun
– but when it is actually fun, it either has a nuclear reactor of a community or it doesn’t get featured on the front page at all
– you probably need a damn RTX 4090 and i9-13900K to even get 60FPS at minimum settings, the optimization is beyond horrible
It might seem like im being sarcastic but no, I have had some good experiences with the game and forged some invaluable friendships with it
Nowadays I’m just playing fighting games or KSP.
Once there was this child predator that they knew of on discord but said āthey couldnāt do anything cause it was on discordā. They eventually banned his alt. They knew it was his alt. He was making them money but they wanted to make it look like they were doing something. Then they try to SUE this YouTuber because they falsely accused him of doing something OUTSIDE OF ROBLOX. I cant remember the full story so the details may be a bit fuzzy.
