well as for your question “sticking to one thing and actually finishing it”, step 1 is to actually *want* to do the thing in question

for example, with me it was gamedev
I’d always start new projects (way back before SN) but never finish them bc after the initial “fun” creative phase, then comes all the tedious work and you lose motivation

at that point it’s really up to yourself to just buckle down and get work done, remembering the goal you have
again, if you *really* do actually want to do a certain project/task, else you’re gonna just give up…unless money is involved
in which case that’s called a job
