Non static effects is something i’d consider as an effect that isn’t in a single form but can take on different shapes, for example:
A polyfill net can’t be manipulated into any shape.
Using things like a string of rounded segments with different lengths and thickness and polyfill nets, would be ideal for making an effect look more dynamic and fluid.
