It’s IP based. So even if you used another device it wouldn’t matter unless your IP was different.

Would using a different router give me another vote then?
Because I have two so I could at least even it out if it does
I’m not sure knowledgeable on routers but I do believe a different router is a new IP assuming it’s separated from the other router. If you were to switch to data from wifi that should give you a new IP.
