For some reason my ankles decided to start dying 3 weeks ago

I think maybe it’s because I’ve been walking weirdly, or because I’ve been running without shoes on in my house to get around, and that started to hurt them?

    I know I’m young, which makes it even more odd that I don’t see the apparent cause
    
    I know it’s not due to age and that it’s not permanent, I just used the term “dying” to express its gradual progression in pain. It’ll probably go away soon though
