You’re still using Mellow as a base, which would be fine if you stripped him down to his core and basic shape and built something original off of that
But you clearly haven’t done that and just did more of what I didn’t like before, so I’m not too sure this is okay

If you’re going to use my figure for your own personal things then at least make the effort to change it up entirely
All you’ve done is changed the colour, added and removed a few things and that’s about it
No effort was made to truly make it different and I’m not too happy about it
Mellow may be public domain now, but not to be used in thisway

tl;dr: no try harder next time
