The pistol is Bauder 86DA.

the Bauder 86DA is a fictional German pistol Produced between 1982 to 2004 by the Bauder Firearms Company, its fire action is Double Action (which explains the “DA” in its name)

this gun is inspired by some real world pistols (especially the Ruger P85, because of the trigger guard and trigger)
