@ralph I have an amazing sn idea. like a reeealy good one
IDK know if you know the CGI term baking, but its when you render a certain part of your project, so it doesn’t have to load or render (render and export the smoke simulation you made so when you click play it will not simulating every time, or render the video you made so the VFX don’t rape your CPU)
what i suggest is adding a bake save or sumfin (as default would be nice) and a bake in general
the bake save: when you safe, it will only safe your changes you made to the project (in certain frames and you get the point)
baking: literally all the shit i said above
this would be amazing for my Samsung j5 prime with 16 GB
(you were on the live stream and saw how slow that shit was)

Isnβt the baking thing done already?
You can open a certain percentage of the project and export/save it like that-

I never spent money on hardwares.

the problem with baking, where that would be done for playback to be lag-free and smoother, is it’s always a tradeoff
memory, or CPU?
to bake, you gotta do all the calculations once and save it – to memory
and as well all know SN and memory usage don’t get a long well so, unfortunately, i can’t do much there :/
as for the save thing
I’ve thought of it before ngl, and it’s not out of the question, but there is a *LOT* to that, like, you have no idea
but, mayhaps-
