I do sometimes.
The problem is that the single frames don’t adjust to not be too fast during tweening. It would be nice if the frames would do the “keep stick figure during tween” thing for the whole frame, like it actually matches the fps instead of the tweening looking like 10 fps and the untweened frames being 60 actual fps. @ralph if you can figure out what I am saying, I would appreciate feedback about this.

there’s no way to do that, if a frame marked as “do not tween frame” actually paused for the typical duration of a keyframe+tweened frames, the animation would appear to stutter
aka a punch
the animation and wind-up is tweened
the launch/punch forward is marked as “do not tween this frame” – it can’t pause, it has to keep playing at the same FPS
similar examples for “keep stickfigure during tween” etc, its the downside to tweening that you have to work around these things

Just had a bit of thought for movieclips. Forgive the pain I’m about to speak of. So like, a movieclip option for the frames of it to play in the tween transition.
Like… Non tween movieclip, that plays in the tweened frames.
there’s a difference between tween and no tween that everyone hates, people hate tween because, when the camera zooms in, it does it really quick, and effects look weird with it, and when your putting a figure out of scene, it would show it moving out very quickly, people like no tween for the opposite of what i said.

Boi. People just don’t use tween correctly or don’t bother setting up stuff. Like… There’s a lot of customization and parameters when it comes to tween. People just turn it on and assume it’s broken without considering how to actually utilise it.
A non tweened spiderman movie
Well I use tween sometimes but most of the time it looks horrible so I don’t hate it or like it

Movieclip playing it’s next frames during the tween transition.
if u talkin playing keyframes on tweened frames lemme just stop u right there
That’s what I was saying-
But movieclips are the key frames being played-
tell u what
let me get paste-across frames and copy-an-id-across-frames and even MC mode panning rotation/move-across-frames etc working first
👍👍
I asked early in case it would bork smth
