• Despite being called “Mourner” with it’s File Description it has nothing alike to people that Mourn but rather it mimicks the Cries of a Child or a Helpless person, it doesn’t do a great job at it and it’s harshly broken speech when close but from afar it sort of sounds similar alike to those of a Child or a Helpless person, it has a habit of using it’s Spikes for Hands (the Person/Host goes through a Painfully process to become this type of Flesh) to climb High-rise Buildings but most don’t really see how it came to be and there are some Cases of it missing it’s mark and falling to it’s death before the Body would be assimilated into something different after a few Months of the Body untouched—it takes nothing but flame to torch them down as a easier way to fasten up the Host’s death and ensures that the Body may finally rest after becoming what they are now, the H.C.U has been deploying more and more Burner Units to deal with the Increase in more Fleshs alike the Splinters and Blisters alongside with the National United Air Force starting to utilize Napalm (which was banned during the 90s in this timeline, I guess, not sure how’ll this will go through) more now ever since the Ban on Weapons that cause unnecessary suffering to Civilian Lives during the Mid 1970s to Early 1990s, regarding these news though, the Nations still within the UWO and the NUO have began to acknowledge Groups against the Idea of freeing the Western Hemisphere like Hercula or Armorif (although the latter is mentioned less) but that is it for the most part.
