S.C.R.E.A.M.E.R, formerly John, had survived 3 weeks of the infection using a shotgun, however, he accidentally ate mirage-infested food and became a feral beast, the shotgun merged to his back and is now manned by the mirage. Then later he blew up a plane that Fritz was in, causing it to crash.

He later managed to kill another infected, devouring the corpse and turning into a Super-Infected, now he has the ability to scream, disorienting anyone nearby. Also gaining the ability to scream in a concentrated burst, which outright stuns anyone in front of him.
