Okay, I was trying to make a few GIFs, but that didn’t work, so I’ll have to use words.
Submitting stickfigures to the website: scroll down on the side until you reach the bottom. Right above the textfield buttons, on the right, there should be a button that says “Submit a stickfigure…” Press that, choose the stickfigure, fill in the blanks, and press “Submit”. You have to have a Mail account in order for this to work. It may take a while for the stickfigure to be uploaded to this website, because @ralph has a lot of submissions per day. So be patient.
Sending files to other people: scroll all the way up on the side. The fourth button down should be a button that says “Send files”. Press that, choose your file(s), then press “Send”. Again, you have to have a Mail account to send files.

you need to open you “Mail” app and put your login credentials for your email, say you use gmail, so put in your gmail email and your gmail password
then go back to SN and try again
