i only brush my hair after my shower which is usually at night so ineed to get on a habit of brushing it in the morning but on the rare instances i do brush it in the morning it feels really nice
to brush it its best to grab your hair, pull it back and then grab just the end and brush fast, but not aggressive and when that feels all brushed out, move up just slightly until you make it to the top

You want something and it doesn’t work out, you go about your day, something holds you back. It’s not so much about having no troubles or stresses in life but instead having the capacity to solve them. It will come, I get you’re talking about hair as well but you’re stressing over little to nothing and it’s showing as you’re describing your other concerns too.
