That’s why my OC holds a bit of significance, it’s the beginning of my style, the beginning of what defines me as opposed to everyone else. The silverado being my OC actually triggered me to learn more about GM so I could make my shit better, I learned how not all engines have dual overhead camshafts, I learned that torque converters are what keep a car from moving when the engine is on, I learned that the silverado wasn’t originally a model name, but a trim lever back in the 1970s 1980s (you would buy a 1987 chevrolet CK1500 silverado. not just a 1987 silverado) hell I learned that in the 1940s, GM was playing some sus cards and supplied the Germans with vehicles. But it’s all good now, they is under new management
I hope

So the story behind my OC is,
I wanted to make a 1989 silverado, but for some reason I couldn’t find a dead on side shot, so I had to settle for a image of the truck that was slightly angled ( this was also the beninging of my current style) and when I finished it, I wasn’t to proud about it, because it stood out compared to my cars at the time that where normal side views. But when I posted it, ralph said he really liked the style of it, that made me feel just proud of the truck enough to make it my first oc, back when my oc was just an OEM C/K series with a lift kit.And yea, the rest is history

Only thing that can fix her attitude is a slight caddy deVille undercarriage to the noggin -
So I went to the state fair of texas today.
Went, ate food, looked at cars, left.
Best day of 2024.
The chevys where fun to look at
Lemme elaborate
So we got there and started looking at cars, the notable cars are: chevrolet silverado high country, chevrolet silverado EV, GMC canyon, hummer EV, RAM 1500 sport, RAM RHO, 2024 ford mustang.
Fords felt like shit, knobs and dials where all lose and jigglable, and I fucking hated the stupid ass transmission dials, “oh let me change my radio volume… *$60k in repairs later*”
Jeeps are small as fuck, I could barely fit in a gladiator.
Chevrolet felt quite good, very satisfying controls and the screens didn’t make a huge blind spot like most new cars, funny looking muscles though.
Ford mustang was brilliant, only quality feeling ford in the entire fair, frameless doors, an actual shift knob. Didn’t dig the taillights though
Hummer EV, honestly, and im not an ev guy, but this truck is cool as fuck, the lights are really cool looking, the screens aren’t that unbearable and it IS A TRUCK WITH FUCKING T TOPSA T TOP TRUCK HOLY FUCK!
Honda accord, looks neat, looks like an audi, big ass screen though.
Honda civic, same as accord. Just smaller and looks slightly better.
VW Tuscan, when did it all go wrong… felt like crap, center console didn’t even latch.
RAM, pretty cool, had sum math on the center console and looks like a truck should. Bit big tho, and I didn’t dig the tailgate latch being a button.
Ford maverick, its shit. Absolute ass. The inside is like a fucking fird freestyle and the outside looks like a Ranchero got jigy with a 2008 toyota corolla and ford tried to cover it up as a new model.
That’s it. Take care now.
Oh BTW I saw a mighty chevy colorado standing tall obove the masses. Looked hella cool.
Also to anyone in Dallas, 97.1 is rock again. Found that out in the honda accord. (Image 2)

But nice uptade
Aww I went to the 2019 one!
Ford v Chevy v Dodge will never die will it lol
As long as chrysler, general motors and ford motor Co exists, they will be at each others throats for ever
Although there are talksthe th big 3 might become the big 2 because ever since chrysler got bought out by stellantis, stellantis itself is failing at a “worring” pace
Me personally, I think stellantis should fail. They literally fucked the charger and challenger names in the ass. So if they do fail, good riddance
Hopefully some billionaire buys the doge name and brings back the V8 hellcats and scat packs and srt demons and track hawk Cherokees. God knows we need them rn
Not to sound mean but the V8s aren’t coming back anytime soon
the ford mustang and literally every big truck and suv:
