thats most likely a problem with the device your using, just like how i was unable to send any images here on my old gen 1 ipad,
if all else fails try using a computer or smt

Prob means ur phones weak or smt? Or maybe its due to your phone not being up to date?
If all else fails just use a laptop or computer if you really wanna send a thumbnail that badly

I used uc turbo
It worked on the normal uc browser
