If you actually mean the speed of sound, that’d be 330 m/s.
Not sure what “All Might Strength” means, probably best to use, for example, the maximum force he can exert on an object from standing (in Joules) or the amount of force he can withstand (also in Joules)
Intelligence in general can’t really be measured, putting ‘hacker intelligence’ is vague as differing hackers have differing IQ.
Probably a better thing would be to note certain skills he has, such as combat experience, or hacking experience, etc.
In all fairness, a guy who can control wind, move as fast as sound, has super strength, and is very intelligent sounds a bit broken to me, I’d nerf him a tad.
