@zodi @stickfenix have you ever had an anxiety attack? Because i got my very first one today! i had a breakdown during class and i was so weak they had to accompany me to secretary in case i fell unconscious (didn\’t happen), i was barely breathing in class, face pale like snow face down about to cry and neither my teacher nor my mother gave a single shit, if i were to tell them it wad anxiety they would\’ve told me to shut the fuck up and keep studying.
I\’ve felt all of my regrets and griefs at once like a fucking bomb going off in my mind, it\’s extremely overwhelming and it\’s something i would like you all to avoid
Feeling like you\’re letting everyone down is very hard, knowing you fail to meet the slightest of expectations and in some cases, hurting the people you love most, every odd is against you and the wind pulls so hard it\’s easy to miss a step and fall 10 meters back

It’s a ever so tightening feeling of dreadful wave of self doubt pushing you down , while those you’d feel you could rely on aren’t that helpful if not harmful really
